A LITTLE ABOUT US
Daryl Palubiak started his career as a Corporate Decorator and was trained as a Master Painter in St Louis, Missouri. After relocating to Tega Cay, SC in the 1980's he started Professional Coatings, and was soon in demand from Lake Wylie to Lake Norman and Rock Hill to Ballantyne.
Daryl continued his education in Contracting and Construction, built a number of homes in the area and expanded his business to include remodels, improvements and home repairs. Acting as a Home Consultant to his customers and many area Realtors, part of Daryl's work included inspecting homes. In 2006, he became licensed as a SC Home Inspection so that he could provide inspection services for real estate transactions under EyeSpy Home Inspections.
